Warning

Most email providers have daily sending limits:

  • Gmail: ~500 emails per day
  • Outlook: ~300 emails per day
  • Yahoo: ~500 emails per day

For large-scale email sending (thousands or millions), consider using a dedicated email service like:

  • SendGrid
  • Mailgun
  • Amazon SES

These services provide higher limits and better deliverability for bulk emails.

Anti-Spam Tips

To avoid email deliverability issues and keep your emails out of spam folders:

  • Use a dedicated IP address for sending if possible
  • Set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for your sending domain
  • Avoid using free email domains (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) for bulk sending
  • Always include an unsubscribe link in your emails
  • Avoid excessive links, images, or attachments
  • Don't use all caps or excessive exclamation points in subject lines
  • Warm up your sending IP by gradually increasing volume

This application includes optimizations to improve deliverability such as:

  • Proper email headers and formatting
  • Gradual sending with natural delays
  • Both HTML and plain text versions
  • Automatic rate limiting for large lists
